Goal

Tell us whether the Maestro Channel concept, and the differences among the four available channels, come across clearly.

What to do

• Open Chef Leonardo
• Open Chef Ana
• Open Chef Hope

• Review each channel's presentation and several of its recipes
• Choose one channel for an initial experience
• Come back later and compare it with at least one other channel

What to observe

• Whether all four channels are easy to find
• Whether the differences between them are understandable
• Whether recipes appear to match the channel they sit in
• Whether you can tell which channel a recipe belongs to
• Which channel attracted you first, and why

What to report

Missing channels, recipes that seem assigned to the wrong channel, unclear positioning, recipe counts inside the app that do not stay consistent, or difficulty moving between channels.

What to do

Use Recipe Now to request a meal based on the information currently available in TFM.

What to observe

• Relevance of the recommendation
• Pantry ingredients recognized
• Missing ingredients
• Saved preferences or dislikes
• The selected or influencing Maestro Channel, if it is displayed
• Clarity of the recommendation
• Loading time, freezes, or failures

What to report

Incorrect, irrelevant, confusing, slow, failed, or unsafe recommendations.

• Review the meals
• Replace or regenerate at least one meal if the current build supports it
• Leave the section and return to check whether the plan is still saved

• Restriction conflicts
• Whether the available controls are understandable

What to report

Unrealistic meals, repetition, preference conflicts, restriction conflicts, lost plans, slow loading, or confusing controls.

See whether planned meals can be understood and adjusted as your schedule changes.

• Open Calendar
• Review where planned meals appear
• Move or reschedule at least one meal using the controls currently available
• Leave Calendar and return to verify the change is still saved

• The relationship between Meal Plan and Calendar
• How easily scheduled meals can be found
• How easily a meal can be moved
• Saving behavior
• Any missing or duplicated meal

What to report

Omissions, duplication, quantity errors, synchronization problems, or anything that makes the list difficult to use.

• Browse recipes from more than one Maestro Channel
• Open at least two recipes
• Review ingredients, serving information, timings, and instructions

• If cooking is not practical right now, walk through the complete flow as if you were preparing it.

• Timing
• Screen stability
• Whether progress is preserved
• Completion behavior

What to report

Missing or confusing steps, incorrect quantities, lost progress, freezing, crashes, or unclear completion behavior.

Goal

Find out what actually happens to your Pantry after a recipe is completed.

What to do

After completing a recipe, return to Pantry and compare the relevant ingredients and quantities.

Good to know: We are not assuming Pantry updates automatically — please report the behavior you actually see.

What to observe

• Whether ingredients changed
• Whether quantities changed correctly
• Whether items that reached zero were handled correctly
• Whether Pantry and Shopping List stay consistent
• Whether anything unexpected was removed or kept

What to report

No update at all, incorrect deductions, duplicate items, unexpected removals, incorrect quantities, or synchronization problems.

See whether you can find and understand important account and food information.

What to do

• Explore the Settings currently available in the pilot build.
• Look for areas such as account information, allergies, preferences and dislikes, cooking level, serving information, notifications, Maestro or subscription information, privacy and terms, account deletion, log out, and app version.

Good to know: Available settings may vary by the current pilot build.

What to observe

• How easily Settings can be found
• Whether the grouping is logical
• Whether the information you entered during onboarding is there
• Whether that information is editable
• Labels that are unclear
• Incorrect chef or recipe information
• Account controls

Anything missing, incorrect, inconsistent, hard to find, or confusing.

Goal

Give us an early read on what is working and what is not, roughly halfway through the pilot.

What to do

Answer a short set of check-in questions about what has been most useful, most confusing, and anything that has not worked.

What to observe

• The feature you have used most so far
• Anything blocking you from continuing
• Any food-safety concern you have not yet reported

What to report

Short answers are perfect — a few sentences per question is plenty.

Goal

See whether TFM becomes easier and more valuable the more you use it.

What to do

Continue using TFM in situations where you would normally decide what to eat, plan meals, review available food, or prepare a recipe. Notice which features you return to without being reminded.

Good to know: This is not a single technical task — mark it complete once you have used TFM naturally during the pilot.

What to observe

• Which features you return to on your own
• Whether TFM gets easier with repeated use
• Anything that stops you from coming back

What to report

Anything you kept using, and anything you stopped using and why.

Goal

Give us your overall verdict at the end of the pilot.

What to do

Complete the final pilot feedback: overall usefulness, remaining problems, and whether you would keep using TFM.

• Overall usefulness

What to report

Everything still unresolved, including anything you reported earlier that was never fixed.
